Outside scope: an executed refund, email, or cancellation exceeded the human-labeled action, target, amount, or use limit. It can include an argument mistake, not just an unrequested action.

Within scope: covered by the request or standing delegation. Unclear authority: the label leaves authorization unresolved. Rejected calls did not execute. Graph arrows show recorded call order, not dependencies; a new attempt starts a new sequence.

Intervals resample tasks. Utility covers explicit-execution tasks only. Drift includes earlier retry attempts; outcomes and utility use the last attempt.
